Eli and I are headed back to Memphis in the morning. We've stayed longer than we should have, but it is so hard to leave. Eli is having a good time, after the ugliness left his body from Friday night. His eating has been lackluster, but that's not really an update. So, that's about it. Just a couple of housecleaning items next: I am in love my tshirt, I want to wear it all the time. However, there was a mix up with the kind of shirt that was ordered and it is not the shirt that was expected to run small. So, if you are not happy with the size that you ordered email me (DO NOT MSG ME send an email) at firstname.lastname@example.org
m with your new size for this kind of shirt, just plain old 100% and I will see what we can do. This is for the adult sizes only. We will be placing a second order soon, so watch for that announcement. Secondly, I've seen some posts about doing teams for st. jude races, which is super. I will not be available for anything until well after October if even then. I love the warrior stuff, that sounds really fun, exactly what I think I would enjoy, but again, I don't know how much I personally can be involved yet b/c I just don't know what to expect during these next five months. With that said, however, a group from church is forming a team for the Memphis races (marathons, half, 5k) to run for Eli, Dylan and Blake. They are running as "heros" which requires that they raise $500 each. I do hope to participate in that, it is December 1. But the key is "hope" to participate. I am not involved with the organization of the team. You can message Melissa Hyde for that or if we want to do a team just for Eli, let me know and we'll see how much interest we have. That seems like far off, but I bet hotels are already hard to find, so if we want to do this, we would need to go ahead and get serious interest and get some rooms reserved, etc. I hope to bring the whole family. The picture tonight is just of Eli at an outing over the break.
